Cork grips

Hi can someone able to tell me sanding blocks
Be ok for rod grips at all I have been they ok
But what do guys reckon

Not sure I understand your question? Do you mean "is it correct to use sanding blocks to sand or shape rod grips"?

Blocks be any good to use to make cork

It is hard to know what you are asking. Are you using blocks of cork, like burled cork or what?

What do you mean by Cork Sanding blocks. I believe you mean the foam BLOCK IMPREGNATED WITH SANDING MATERIAL? n my openion I would say no, because it deteriorates with use.

Sure you can make rings out of a cork sanding block....seems like a lot more work than just getting rings to start with, but if you've got the tools and time, go for it. Just make sure the blocks are thick enough to get a ring out of it. They might make a good composite type ring.

yes like Grant says. Even bottle corks if they are big enough diameter for your rod.
